All UK orders that are received before 1pm should be dispatched for next day delivery depending on what delivery method you have chosen. subject to security checks and payment clearances.
All Orders within Europe received before 1pm should be dispatched for delivery (1-2 business days) depending on what delivery method you have chosen. subject to security checks and payment clearances.
Boatox will refund any item that the client is nots satisfied with on the condition that it is sent back in a sale-able condition within 14 days of receipt. Any Refund made will be credited to your original method of payment. When issuing a refund we need to see (by post or email) proof of your original purchase. For safety reasons we cannot offer refunds on products that have been opened or used, unless they are faulty or unfit for purpose.
How to make a return:
Please send any returned products with a letter describing why you are returning the products and original proof of purchase to:

If an item sent is damaged, faulty or of unsatisfactory quality, we will refund the delivery charges paid to received the products (unless the products were sent as part of a larger order with items that are not being returned).
